Zucchini Cream Soup

1 Tbsp butter
1 onion
2-3 small zucchinis
3 cups bouillon
1 cup cream
parsley

Buy at Art.com

Melt butter in pan, add diced zucchini and chopped onions and saute.
Add bouillonand cook for 10 minutes.
Puree, add cream and reheat.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
