1-2 tomatoes
Wash zucchini and cut into 1/2 inches thick slices. Boil slices in lightly salted water for 3 minutes. Drain and cool.
Wash tomatoes and dice.
Mix both ingredients.

Dressing
chives, chopped
pepper
1/2 tsp mustard
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp olive oil
Whisk all ingredients for dressing and pour over tomatoes and zucchini.
